My Main camera is a Sony Cybershot DSC-H9 and from reading reviews and recommendations from friends I realised that this was quite possibly the perfect cam for someone like me who is new to photography. It is described as a prosumer camera and I can see why. It has many advanced features often only available in high end cameras and it comes with a little bit of everything you will need to take great photos and be a capable photographer.

The DSC-H9 comes with a 15x zoom Carl Zeiss, 8.1 mega pixels, an adjustable 3 inch display screen, very powerful flash,modes for all kinds of photography from sports, to portraits to nightime photography, Hi Definition photographs support, red eye reduction, face recognition, movie recording support and I could go on and on.
I love my camera and although I am a tech enthusiast I will admit that I have yet to fully understand all the features, modes and adjustments that can be made with this camera. I discover and attempt new things about this camera regularly and this camera will be my main camera for quite a few months.
