The Flickr group that I have been mostly active in and learned the most from is the Jamaica, West Indies group. At the beginning of the year we started a project to have members participating more in the group. Each month we decide on a theme to snap pictures for and this month’s theme was “Light Source” and the aim was to use a traditional or nontraditional light source to creatively create an image and share it with the group.
I am the darkness
We had 12 entries, mine being the one above where I used a flashlight in pitch black conditions to light half of my face. It is now my background picture at work. Two of my favorite entries are viewable below.
