Panoramic Photography Trial and Error
February 7, 2008 | Filed Under General, Jamaica, panoramic
I was inspired by Marc’s panoramic shot called “Mountain View” earlier this week and I took it upon myself to try and create a panoramic shot of my own. Yesterday was Ash Wednesday and I was home with very little to do and a really bad cold. In the evening I grabbed my sister and a couple friends and went on a little “mini photography tour” of sorts in a section of Kingston Harbour behind the housing scheme that I live in. I took close to a hundred photographs, some awful, some bad, some good and a couple that were great! I’ll bee adding those 4 by 4 to my flick account over the next couple days.
The main reason I went there though was to try my hand at a panoramic shot and below you have the result. I have received a few pointers from trained eyes on how to improve the quality of my shots and I will be back at the same spots hopefully over the weekend to try another time armed with what I have learnt.
